Military Claims

Noise-induced hearing loss claims for those who served. Handled with the expertise and care the military community deserves.

You served. You deserve to be heard.

Noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) is one of the most prevalent occupational injuries affecting military personnel. Prolonged exposure to gunfire, machinery, aircraft, and explosions without adequate hearing protection has left thousands of veterans and serving personnel with permanent, irreversible damage.

The Ministry of Defence has legal obligations to protect the hearing of those in its service. When those obligations are not met — and the evidence shows that often they are not — those affected have the right to claim compensation.

Sentinel Legal specialises exclusively in military NIHL claims. We understand the environment, the exposure, and the institutional resistance that claimants can face. We process these claims at scale, with precision, and with genuine respect for the people we represent.
